No-poach: TouchWoods will not solicit, advertise to, or accept a direct enquiry from any client introduced through your firm for 24 months following project completion.
Commission release: Commission is released 30 days after project completion and final client payment. Visible in your Commission tab.
Quote turnaround: Detailed estimates returned within 2 working days. Site-measured quotes within 4 working days.
Manufacturing: All items are made-to-order in our Gangtok factory using specified hardware (Hettich / Häfele / Blum / Ebco) and material brands (Kommerling, Century Ply, Greenply, Merino, etc).
